Refund and Return Policy

General Terms

At VIFAV LIMITED (Company number 14336687), we take pride in the quality and integrity of our software, IT, and cloud services. Our refund policy ensures transparency and customer protection at every step.

Service Ownership & Payment Structure

  • All software, project materials, and digital assets remain the property of VIFAV LIMITED until fully paid for or contractually transferred to the customer.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 5% is required to commence any project or service engagement.
  • The remainder is invoiced and paid upon client satisfaction and successful delivery, unless specified otherwise in writing.

Refunds & Returns

  • Full Refund: If a purchased VIFAV service or software is not delivered as agreed or is technically non-functional and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid other than the 5% deposit.
  • Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable unless VIFAV LIMITED cancels the engagement before starting any work.
  • Customer Cancellation: If you cancel after project kickoff but before delivery, only the portion above the deposit may be refunded, minus any completed milestone costs or hours.
  • Dormant Projects: If a project remains on hold for over 3 months pending your input or action, the 5% deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable.
  • Partial Deliveries: For partially delivered work that cannot be completed due to external or client reasons, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approved cancellation.

Process to Request a Refund

  1. Email sales@vifav-com-842733.hostingersite.com with your invoice number and description of your concern.
  2. Our team will review your case and may request further details or schedule a call.
  3. If approved, a refund (excluding the deposit, if applicable) will be made to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Card Payments & Accepted Currencies

We accept payments by major debit and credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, AMEX — and bank transfers in AUD, GBP, and USD only.
