Refund/Return Policy:
1. Ownership of Materials: #
All software materials and other project-related assets remain the exclusive property of VIFAV LIMITED until full payment has been received and the project has been acquired by the customer.
2. Project Deposit: #
A non-refundable deposit of 5% of the total project cost is required to commence any project. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and enables us to allocate the necessary resources.
3. Service Delivery Assurance: #
We guarantee the delivery of services as outlined in the project agreement. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full refund will be provided.
4. Dormant Projects: #
In the event that a project remains dormant for more than three months due to pending customer action, the initial 5% deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
5. Cancellation and Refunds: #
Customers can request a cancellation of their project. In such cases, refund requests will be processed within seven (7) days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued for any payments made beyond the initial 5% deposit, provided no services have been delivered.
Delivery Policy: #
1. Service Delivery Timeline:
The timeline for each project delivery will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. We strive to meet these deadlines, subject to receiving all necessary inputs and approvals from the customer.
2. Completion and Handover:
Upon completion of the project and full payment, all deliverables will be provided to the customer, and ownership will be transferred as per the terms agreed upon.
3. Customer Obligations:
It is the responsibility of the customer to engage actively and provide timely feedback and necessary inputs to facilitate the project’s progress.
